Lady Brenda Simms, a native of Baltimore, MD, was born November 3, 1956. Aside from her role as a wife (Pastor Wilburt Simms) and a mother of 6, her commitment and dedication to the work of the ministry is commendable.
Since receiving the Holy Ghost and water baptism in Jesus’ name in 1987, she has served in many capacities within the church. Beginning with her service under the leadership of Pastor Barbara Abraham (Solid Rock Apostolic Faith Church Inc.), Lady Simms served as a Licensed Minister, Sunday School Teacher, President of the Usher Board, Vice President of the Missionary Department, Praise and Worship leader, cleaning committee member, altar worker, and more.
Lady Simms has a genuine concern for the well-being of God’s people, both naturally and spiritually. This is demonstrated daily through her faithful acts of service. She strongly believes in the power of prayer, holding fast to the scripture, “Be careful for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God” (Philippians 4:6 KJV).
Her desire is to leave a legacy that encourages all women to desire a sincere and faithful walk with God.
To live a life pleasing to God and to hear Him say “Well Done”.
